该片讲述三十年代加拿大著名的猎人阿伯特强生，被老羞成怒的的恶霸围杀，警长阻止无效。强生于是与歹徒火并，冲出包围后逃亡到雪山之中，而警长尾随其后，意欲将其缉拿归案。这部由查尔斯．布朗森和李．马文等主演的男性动作片，拍于冰天雪地之中，场面火爆动作刺激，两位粗线条的主角均开正戏路，但演警长情妇的安吉．迪金森却似乎没有发挥之处。

　　美国动作片，一个活在哥哥被父亲打死的童年阴影中的哑巴青年，在得知父亲出狱后，踏上了弑父之路，最后父子相残同归于尽，结尾略显悲壮，朋克风下的视死如归，恶父在快被男主掐死的时候说了句“”我爱你“”，男主心软了一下，骨子里还是缺爱啊。

　　金正鴻（徐少強）四出踢館, 所向無敵, 惟其身份與目的並未為人知悉.金來到小鎮.飯店老闆娘韋青鳳與情夫鮑森昌重金收買遊天（姜大衛）往殺金正鴻. 游欲殺金不果, 往韋家取酬勞, 並為鮑追殺滅口, 遊不忿被利用,遂將真相告金, 二人化敵為友, 合力對付鮑, 二人藉韋留下的線索, 至威遠武館尋得飽, 展開一場龍爭虎鬥, 終合力將鮑除去.

　　Having witnessed his junkie father killed Russell Stevens grows up to become a policeman and make a difference. When he is offered an undercover job by Gerald Carver he accepts and begins to build a relationship with David Jason in order to get to the main dealers. However as he is forced to deal drugs and kill to keep his cover he finds the lines between cop and criminal being lost – is he a cop pretending to be a dealer or a dealer pretending to be a cop?
　　Larry (as he was then) Fishburne's first lead role was a typically dark vehicle. The story is the usual one of cop losing himself when undercover, however it manages to be more than that for most of the time. Co-written by Tolkin, who wrote The Player, this naturally has a nice cynical edge to it when it looks at the US's hypocritical approach to drug control and the political links between the street hustlers and the political high rollers who court respectability. The story does eventually settle into a traditional setting but even then it works well as a thriller.
　　The multi-talented Bill Duke directs well with a gritty feel and a few nice touches. However several things are a bit iffy. For most of the film Fishburne's narration/voice over is a bit like a cross between Apocalypse Now and Blade Runner – it comes across as a little too dark and heavy and also explains things like we can't figure it out ourselves. However once you get into the film it's not as big a deal. My main problem lies with the characters.
　　Fishburne is excellent, a real model of underlying anger and violence, Goldblum is good but perhaps a little OTT on the yuppie/violence thing, but there's good support from Smith and Spin City's beautiful (and often underused – but not here) Victoria Dillard. However the two main white characters (Goldblum and Smith) are both smeared with racist insinuations – Smith appears to insult his black officers and doesn't care about the junkies, while Goldblum is fascinated about all things black and talks about them as wild beautiful beasts and loves having sex with "black'. These things aren't a major problem, but with basically only two white characters in it, it's a little worrying that both are given that edge.
　　However these are minor complaints that get lost with a good thriller. Fishburne excels and Duke delivers a story that is a good thriller but also has a jaded, subversive edge.

　　Umberto Lenzi is undoubtedly the king of Italian crime movies, but unfortunately; Syndicate Sadists is not the best examples of his work in this genre. Lenzi's crime flicks tend to be a cut above the rest because he makes films based on stories with a point, and they don't lack direction; but this film feels a bit too wayward to fully fit with the rest of his stuff. The film takes obvious influence from Sergio Leone's landmark western 'A Fistful of Dollars' (which in turn, took influence from Akira Kurosawa's landmark samurai flick Yojimbo), in that it features two warring families and a strong character at the centre. The crime that Lenzi focuses on is kidnapping, and we centre on a character called 'Rambo'. Rambo is dragged into the war between the two families after his brother is killed because of it. Rambo uses his brains and brawn to pit the two families against one another, in the hope of gaining revenge for his brother's death, rescuing a young boy that they've kidnapped, and ultimately letting the two sides destroy one another.
　　The film's biggest asset is undoubtedly Tomas Milian. Milian was put to great use by Lenzi in almost all of his crime thrillers. The range of characters he has played for Lenzi is immense, and this one is easily one of the coolest. The character is called Rambo, which immediately sprang to mind the popular Sylvester Stallone character - but for once, the Italians actually haven't stolen this name as Syndicate Sadists was released first! As usual, the film is wickedly entertaining, as we get to watch Milian get himself involved in the usual array of car chases, shootouts and brawls. Lenzi has got him riding a motorbike this time round, and every scene featuring it and Milian is a real standout! However, the film often feels like it doesn't really have anywhere to go, and this means that the running time is stretched out more than it should be. Compared to the crime films of other Italian directors, Syndicate Sadists is more than above average; but in relation to Lenzi crime flicks such as Almost Human and The Cynic, The Rat and The Fist - it doesn't stand tall as one of Lenzi's best. Still, if you're looking for ninety minutes of testosterone fuelled mayhem - Syndicate Sadists will suffice!

　　龙格尔主演的第二部影片，龙格尔在影片中又演了一回苏联人，一名苏联军官，奉命刺杀黑人独立运动领袖，假装保护被抓的黑人逃跑，然后混进黑人组织中，但是黑人领袖对他有防范，刺杀未成功，逃走，回去被苏联高官迫害，拷打，最后逃跑，被一个少数民族的黑人救了，他很受黑人们的感动，最后身上文上了黑人部落身上的一个蝎子图按，保卫黑人，与苏联军队对抗

　　阿龙（古天乐 饰）和阿虎（谢天华 饰）是情同手足的两兄弟，孤苦无依的两人在蓝田旧屋村艰难生活。阿仪（黎姿 饰）是阿虎的女友，不幸遭到贪婪的地头蛇四眼（雷宇扬 饰）的玷污，愤怒之下，阿龙和阿虎出手将四眼砍成重伤，两人因此不得不离开故乡，踏上了逃亡的旅途。

　　乾隆年间，俄国沙皇派遣特使来华，明为向皇帝贺寿, 实则包藏祸心，勾结朝廷权臣, 探听中国边防虚实。为了解决此事，朝中各位大臣共商对策，中国军机处大臣福大人亦觉事有蹊跷，派出朝中命臣司马章察探此事。但不料却被对方先下手一步，司马章死于非命。
　　福大人深感事态严重，立即急召大内乾探朱啸天进见，明查暗访观察动静。因俄人有洋枪, 三百步之内就能致人于死地，朱啸天为此邀请师弟飞刀手高华助阵。高华虽然生性顽劣，胸无大志，但他的飞刀比枪还快,而且还是个神偷。高华有个小兄弟叫小豆子,为人机灵,懂得缩骨功,偷技也高,二人搭档天衣无缝。
　　俄国特使在中国肆意妄为，欺压中国人，但当地官吏为巴结他们不仅不给予严惩，还举行庆典为俄国特使杜斯托等人压惊。高华和小豆子混入表演队伍，并从俄人身上偷得鼻烟壶一只。朱啸天凭此线索追寻，猜出此物可能是杜斯托与朝内奸臣的交易信物，并不顾生命危险，亲自前往奉天府镇远大将军盛同府邸他以求证实。没想到却被盛同看出来意，招来杀身之祸。
　　高华遭人偷袭，身受重伤，险些废掉双手，就在千钧一发之际，朱啸天赶了回来，救下师弟，并将其托付给小豆子照料，自己去寻找郎中。没想到，杀手再次找来，小豆子为救病重的高华，多处受伤。高华死里逃生，当朱啸天赶回时，小豆子已气断身亡。二人悲痛万分，誓为小豆子报仇雪恨。
　　朱啸天明查获奉天府镇远大将军盛同勾结俄人，阴谋夺国，并得知盛同将军和杜斯托将会在次日交换沿海兵力布置图。朱啸天和高华立即前往阻止，双方大打出手，最后终于使奸臣正法，师弟高华壮烈牺牲。
　　精彩视点：
　　《神腿铁扇功》的武打场面引人入胜，首要功臣当然还是刘忠良，他干净利落的动作，甚至在第一时间里就勾起人们对黄飞鸿、方世玉、陈真的美好回忆。影片运用了不同的剪辑手法来表现不同场次的武术交战，有效避免了节奏单调可能带来的枯燥感。影片的许多故事情节是在武打场面中同时讲述的，所以在这些场面中，拳脚不仅仅是“打斗”，更是双方无声的“对话”。本片一经上映就大受好评，是一部难得的佳作。
